Fans finally got the second season of the sci-fi series over a year later - but now they must say "goodbye" to the Winx Saga magic.
When did Fate: The Winx Saga season 2 premiere?
In February 2021, Netflix revealed that Fate: The Winx Saga would be renewed for a second season.
The series is based on the Nickelodeon animated series, Winx Club.
Fate: The Winx Saga is bundled within the same genre as other highly successful shows on Netflix like Stranger Things, The Witcher and The Umbrella Academy.

When was Fate: The Winx Saga cancelled?
The series, which rose to popularly in part because of its nostalgic roots, was cancelled at Netflix after two seasons, Variety confirmed.
Series creator Brian Young revealed the cancellation in an emotional Instagram post on November 1, 2022.
He wrote: "This is not fun news to share, but Netflix decided not to move forward with Season 3.
"This is especially tough because I know how many of you loved this season... I’m so proud of everyone who worked on the show, and so happy we got to tell the stories we did."
Young went on to recognize the hard work of the cast and crew, who he said put "hard work" into creating the world and characters in the series.
